This is VNPT’s latest promotion for customers nationwide.

18001166 is VNPT’s sale call center. The call center not only supports service installation within 24 hours but also consults customers on service packages and current promotions offered by network providers.

Detailed information on the promotion program "18001166 - Free installation call - Amazing weekly prizes":

1. Promotion period: From April 1, 2017 to May 12, 2017.

2. Applicable subjects:

The promotion is applicable for customers calling to 18001166 and successfully installing FiberVNN/MyTV from April 1, 2017 to May 12, 2017.

3. Details:

Applicable customers will enjoy the following special offers:

- Promotions and discounts: Customers can enjoy current promotions on installation fees and service equipment applied in each province and city.

- Prize draw program: Customers installing one of the aforementioned services (FiberVNN/MyTV) during the promotion period will receive 1 code/1 phone number to enter in the Lucky draw with VNPT-VinaPhone and have the chance to win a cash prize of 50 million VND (Entry code is sent via SMS).

The Prize draw program is applicable for the phone numbers recorded by call center agents when creating orders in the Regional customer management program (FiberVNN/MyTV) and the phone numbers of VinaPhone subscribers that register services successfully via the Customer service system CCOS (MAX package - Mobile Internet).

The draw will be performed by VNPT’s Prize Draw software system. The draw will be performed by representatives from VNPT Vinaphone, under the witness of representatives from Vietnam Trade Promotion Agency, representative customers and the press.

Draw time: The draw will take place on every Wednesday. Each round of draw will determine the winning customers of the previous week.

Note:

Winning phone numbers in previous rounds shall not enter the following rounds.

6. Prize awarding

- The list of winners will be published on the website http://18001166.vnpt.vn or http://khuyenmai.vinaphone.com.vn subsequent to the results of the draws. The list of winners will include the winning phone numbers and the provinces/ cities that the winners reside.

- The Organisation committee will contact the winners’ phone numbers to notify the result of the draw within 3 days after the draw. The notification will be performed continuously from 8 a.m to 5 p.m daily, with a maximum of 5 calls per day.

- In the case of unsuccessful phone contact, the Organisation committee will send messages to the winners’ phone numbers (a maximum of 3 messages from VNPT Vinaphone's Brand name or from the operational phone number of VNPT Vinaphone).

- In case the Organisation committee has contacted a winner via the above-mentioned methods and still failed to reach him/her within 24 hours from the last attempt of contact, the prize shall be invalid and cancelled in accordance with the law.

7.  Conditions for receving prizes

- A copy of the winner’s ID card, and the ID card of the contract owner (in case the subscriber using the winning phone number and the contract owner are two different individuals).

- For customers who are corporate subscribers under the name of a company/ agency, the winner must provide the reference and other information of that company in addition.

- The winning customer transfers the winning phone number to another person: The prize shall be awarded to the new owner of the phone number.

Other terms and conditions:

- The Organisation committee shall have the right to use the name, age, address, image and voice of the winners for promotional purposes of the program without permission from or additional payment to the winner.

- The winner shall bear all costs of travel and accommodation associated with prize awarding.

- The winner shall pay the irregular income tax (if any) in accordance with applicable laws.

- Entry subscribers shall not use any automatic message method or allow any automatic control in the responding process or use other methods to send messages rather than sending from mobile phones (It is prohibited to utilise any GSM system attached to a computer or a mobile phone attached to a computer). The Organisation committee shall remove any violated entry subscribers after validating and reporting to competent agencies.
